Sucré Table is driven by the commitment to serve delicious sweets never before seen in Tampa Bay. 

We are currently seeking motivated, passionate and creative Interns for our Sucré Table Pastry Internship Program 

About Us: Sucré Table is a high-end bakery in South Tampa run by Brenda Villacorta, a professionally trained Chef who has worked for Michelin Starred Restaurants in NYC, competed on many Food Network challenges, and is a well-known cake artist. Sucré Table features an elevated menu with seasonal ingredients. Our bakery consists of individual desserts and baked pastries, as well as high-end specialty cakes.

Internships Description:

  • Working in a high-volume bakery, fast pace environment

  • Learning the technical skills of the kitchen

  • Gaining product knowledge 

  • Mixing, cutting, proofing, and baking

  • Following standardized recipes and food sanitation guidelines

  • Starting date: Seasonal, Now Hiring

  • Duration: Flexible, 3-month commitment minimum

  • Minimum Education Requirement: High school or equivalent (Preferred)

  • Pastry training/experience of 1 year (Preferred)
