Order Policy

All orders must be picked up on the date selected. When placing your order, we require 24 Hrs notice for pre-orders; 48 Hrs for cakes; 2 weeks for custom cakes. If, for some reason, you are unable to pick up your order on your pick-up date, please contact us at (813) 374-5643 or email us at orders@sucretable.com during regular business hours to discuss options.

Orders not picked up on their pick-up date are not eligible for a refund and a new order will need to be placed for a new pick-up date. Please note that phone lines are often busy and requests are not guaranteed.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products and how we are unable to control how our products are transported and stored once they leave our shop, Sucre Table does not accept returns, provide refunds, or exchanges. We will make every effort to address your concerns and make sure you are happy with your Sucre Table experience. Circumstance pending, Sucre Table will issue a credit or re-order.

Cancellation Policy

Our organized team works hard to prepare for your orders. Some ingredients are ordered and created in advance. due to the volume. We are a busy store and orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. Orders canceled less than 7 Days before picking up order you will only be refunded 50% or the full amount in store credit.
This does not apply to large orders that have a custom contract
